Position Overview:
As a Retail Sales Merchandiser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our products within supermarkets our supermarket acocunts along your assigned local or regional sales route. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of product displays, ordering products to replenish stock, and providing excellent customer service to our valued clients and their in-store representatives.
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Willlingness to be on the road up to 100% of the shift (no overnights required)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to pass a drug test.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Ability to work independently
Willingness to take on new or different responsibilities as needed.
The ability to lift boxes of up to 50 lbs.
Previous experience in merchandising, retail, or a related field is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with store managers and staff.
Merchandise and arrange or rearrange product displays to maximize visibility an visual presentation, and drive more sales.
Ensure products are adaquately stocked.
Monitor inventory levels and report on product performance.
Execute promotional activities and sales initiatives in-store.
Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns in a timely fashion.
Keep accurate records of your daily activities and sales data.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in Rainbow Distributors distribution logistics.
Key Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications:
Physical requirements: You must possess the ability to lift boxes of up to 50 lbs., and to be on your feet for extended periods of the workday .
Attention to detail, with the ability to read a pick list, and accurately count merchandise and pack orders accordingly.
Possess a valid driver's license and/or have reliable transportation to and from our warehouse location(s).
Have and maintain the ability to pass a drug test.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to take on new or different responsibilities as needed.
Previous experience in warehouse or order fulfillment environments is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with all warehouse and front office personnel.
Receive shipments by assisting in the removal of palletized products from trucks and inspecting received products for quality and quantities.
Stock received product in its appropriate place in the warehouse.
Monitor inventory levels and report on areas of concern.
Print and sticker products with new UPCs where required
Accurately and carefully pack orders for our customers in the warehouse using a Pick List.
Assist in processing outbound shipments.
